Partnership Opportunities

Join arthenar's growing network of game development studios, educational institutions, and technology partners. We believe that collaborative learning creates the most effective educational experiences.

Studio Partnerships

Work directly with our students on real projects. Many studios find this approach gives them access to fresh talent while providing students with authentic industry experience. Our current partners include both indie developers and larger production houses.

Academic Collaboration

Universities and colleges can integrate our specialized casino game development modules into their existing programs. We've found this works particularly well for computer science and digital media programs looking to add practical industry focus.

Technology Integration

Software companies and platform providers can showcase their tools through our curriculum. Students get hands-on experience with professional-grade development environments, while partners reach tomorrow's developers early in their careers.

Meet Our Partners

These industry professionals have been working with our students since early 2025, creating meaningful learning opportunities that benefit everyone involved.

Kofi Asante, Lead Game Designer at Vertex Studios

Kofi Asante

Lead Game Designer, Vertex Studios

Kofi has been mentoring our advanced students since March 2025. His studio regularly provides project briefs that challenge students to solve real design problems. The collaboration has led to two student concepts being developed into actual game prototypes.

Elena Vasquez, Technical Director at Northern Games

Technical Director, Northern Games

Elena brings her expertise in casino game mathematics to our curriculum. She conducts monthly workshops on probability theory and game balance, helping students understand the technical foundations that make social casino games engaging and fair.

Ways to Collaborate

We've designed flexible partnership models that work for different types of organizations and commitment levels.

1

Guest Instruction

Share your expertise through workshops or course modules. Many of our partners start with a single session and expand from there. Our September 2025 cohort already has guest sessions scheduled with three different studios.

2

Project Sponsorship

Provide real challenges for student teams to solve. This gives students authentic experience while giving you fresh perspectives on development problems. Projects typically run 6-8 weeks during our intensive modules.

3

Curriculum Development

Help us keep our courses current with industry needs. We review and update our materials every semester, and partner input ensures we're teaching relevant skills and technologies.

4

Talent Pipeline

Connect with students before they graduate. Many partnerships naturally evolve into internship and hiring relationships, though we never make employment guarantees to our students.

Partnership in Action

Here's how one recent collaboration unfolded during our spring 2025 intensive program.

Students working on casino game development project with industry mentorship

Cascade Studios Project

When Cascade Studios approached us with a slot machine design challenge, we weren't sure how students would handle the mathematical complexity. The project required understanding probability curves, payout calculations, and player psychology — topics that can be pretty abstract.

Over eight weeks, student teams worked directly with Cascade's designers to create three different slot concepts. What surprised everyone was how quickly students grasped the balance between entertainment and mathematics when working on something tangible.

"The students brought perspectives we hadn't considered. One team's approach to bonus rounds actually influenced our next commercial release. It was genuinely collaborative — not just us teaching them, but learning from each other."
